Megacenter Brickell Set To Begin Vertical Construction Within Weeks

A tower crane will soon be installed at the Megacenter Brickell construction site, where foundation work is already underway.
According to a filing with the Federal Aviation Administration, the crane will be installed as soon as October 1. It will rise 252 feet above ground, or 266 feet above sea level, and be in place for at least six months.
Megacenter Brickell will include:
- 74,790 square feet of storage
- 45,080 square feet of residential (57 units)
- 16,670 square feet of office
- 9,134 square feet of retail
- 111 parking spaces
